MOEA (Ministry of Economic Affairs) has been promoting SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research) program since 1999.
This program encourages SMEs (small and mid-size enterprises) to carry out innovation so that the results and achievements will help enterprise itself dig more on research and development,
intellectual property patent, and cultivate more professional talents to strengthen the competitiveness in the industry.
